On today’s SNAP Update the USDA has adjusted the SNAP maximum allotments, deductions and income eligibility standards that took effect on October 1st so we will recap all the adjustments and increases to the program. We will also take a look at the October SNAP Payout schedule for all states as well as new SNAP work requirements taking effect in October so we will recap what you need to know and if your impacted by these changes. Starting October 1st SNAP recipients will see a 3.6% increase in their monthly benefits due to the recent COLA Adjustment set to take effect, as well as an income limit increase. So, with these new benefits for example, if you are a family of four then the maximum monthly SNAP payment will go up from 939 dollars to 973 dollars. Food Stamps, PEBT, Snap Benefits.
