This is our wee video on how we re-covered and repaired our Defender 130 headlining.

We removed the old faded headlining and used a stiff brush to get rid of the little remaining glue. There was some damage to the original mould from years of damp, and this was repaired using epoxy resin and fibreglass. The new headlining material is backed with 3mm scrim foam, and we recovered the mould using high temp spray adhesive.

It was a long process and hard work (for amateurs!) but a brilliant result!
