Follow these steps on how to fix unresponsive touch screen android

Cnm factory reset android tablet
Follow these steps if you want a factory reset,also if you forgot your android lock screen password .

STEP 1. Turn power off
Press and hold the power
button for 4-5 seconds to turn off

STEP 2. Press and hold the Volume up and Power button together for 10 seconds until you see the little android character lay down.

LAST STEP. Leave the android tablet for 2 minutes and the tablet should start up as normal.
you will see the start up logo,cnm logo and then the cnm tablet lock screen where the screen should now be fixed.

if this has not worked for you then you may have a digitizer screen fault and may need replaced.
But first try the full factory reset
