Kali mirch 1/2tsp (black peppercorns)
Zeera 1tsp (cumin seeds)
Hari elaichi 4 (green cardamom)
Laung 4 (cloves)
Zafran 1pinch (saffron)
Chicken 1.2kg
Oil 2tbs
Pyaz 1small (onion)
Lassan Adrak paste 1tsp (ginger garlic paste)
Sela chawal 750gms (Sela rice)
Namak (salt)

Hari mirch 2 (green chillies)
Lassan 2 (garlic)
Dhaniya (green coriander)
Podina (mint)
Zeera 1tsp (cumin seeds)
Namak (salt to taste)
