Homemade Grape Juice Concentrate? -- We had WAY too many grapes!

How to make homemade grape juice concentrate. We had 25 pounds of grapes given to us by a fan. Yes, 25 lbs. Storage was getting kinda low in our freezers, so... we decided to make and can some juice concentrate. It took several hours, but the results were worth it!
