This one is a lifesaver 🙌 — the perfect weeknight side that graces your table beautifully! 🥔🌽

✨️Roasted Corn and Potatoes✨️

Ingredients 📝:
● 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes (or any potatoes you love)
● 4 ears of corn
● 1/4 cup chopped onion
● 1/4 cup minced garlic
● 2 tbsp olive oil (or any neutral oil of choice)

Seasoning Blend:
● ½ tbsp salt
● ½ tbsp black pepper
● ½ tsp cumin
● ½ tsp dark chili powder 🌶️
● 1 tsp garlic powder
● 1 tsp Italian oregano
● 1 tsp paprika
● 1 tsp parsley
● 1 tsp thyme

Instructions 👩🏽‍🍳:
1) Toss potatoes + corn with olive oil and this bold seasoning blend.
2) Add butter pads throughout the top
3) Cover and cook in the air fryer until the potatoes are soft and the corn is tender, or bake at 350°F until golden and delicious.
