Brushed vs Brushless Crawling - Is Brushed Dead?? Fusion SE Tested and Reviewed

Technology continues to march on.
Brushed motors and ESCs are almost completely gone from bashers and racers...but they are still hanging around in RC crawling.

I put the Hobbywing 1080 ESC (https://www.avantlink.com/click.php?t...) and a Holmes Hobbies 21T 550 motor (https://www.avantlink.com/click.php?t...) up against the Hobbywing Fusion 2-in-1 unit of the time.
The price difference was HUGE! More than double! And my verdict was that the performance wasn't really worth the price.

But now...Hobbywing has come out with the Fusion SE...and it is MUCH cheaper. Here it is: https://www.avantlink.com/click.php?t...

With this motor and esc on the market...are brushed ESC & motor combos officially dead?? I put this to the test to find out.
