To follow on from my previous video of the Cessna C208 Caravan walk around, I’ve made a video on how to start the PT6 fitted to the C208B.

In this video we go through a few considerations to think about before starting the PT6, and then we get in the aircraft and run through the pre start flow.

We’ll also discuss some of the things to watch to avoid having a hot start on the turboprop, and then start the engine.

I’ll also briefly show you the Garmin safe taxi on the G600 and GTN750 that we have in this machine.
