How to get All *NEW SECRET ACHIEVEMENTS* IN OAR | One Armed Robber

In this video I got 3 Newest secret achievements from the sound and music update but there is a fourth one that i couldn't do.

New achievements:
Secret:
Counter Sabotage: Get your powerbox sabotaged by the defuser
Barbed Feet: step into barbed wires
Flashling Lights: get flashed by the flashing shield
Workplace accident (Haven't completed): Blow yourself up from the c4
Normal:
Pacifist (Haven't completed): Complete a heist without equiping your loadout (gonna make a tutorial soon)
The bare minimum: complete a heist with the least amount of cash stolen (can be slightly higher like 15.43k or 15.78k)
I want it all (Haven't completed): Steal everything in a heist.
