The traditional forgotten dish called nochu is presented in today's video. It is nothing but rice upma, but we have an emotional feeling with the word nochi/ nochu. Here is a traditional method of preparing it. We added extra onions, but it can be skipped too. We require only 30 minutes to prepare it. We used broken rice but even full rice can also be used. Ingredients used are rice, tempering items, salt, turmeric powder, grated coconut. Onions, ginger, bird eye chillies.

curry leaves
coconut oil
mustered seeds
Urad dal
dry chillis
Salt
turmeric powder
grated coconut
water
