HOW I CURED MY INSOMNIA - how to finally fall asleep. Insomnia is a fairly common sleep disorder that can make it seem impossible to fall asleep, and often leaves us feeling exhausted, frustrated, and drained. We can spend countless hours ruminating and thinking about our worries, fears, and other anxious thoughts. It can sap not only our energy level and mood, but also affect our relationships, motivation, performance, and quality of life. I know....I've been there. In this video I share my story of how I cured my insomnia (naturally and without medication), and figured out what the root cause was. While the causes for sleep issues can vary greatly, I have found that many people suffer for the very same reason I did. It is possible to say goodbye to sleepless nights.
