How to use Lasso Fill in Photoshop like Procreate and Clip Studio Paint

In this video I talk about how to approximate the Lasso Fill tool in Photoshop. Which we must do because... PHOTOSHOP STILL DOESN'T HAVE ONE. Said while shaking fist. Gritting teeth. Hair on fire.


We can't match the smooth painting experience the Lasso Fill offers. However, we do gain some added functionality. How about a Lasso fill with that makes... infinitely editable vector paths for our shapes and shadows? Which also inherent all visual effects through any changes we make?
