What are your priorities when it comes to life satisfaction and your personal well-being? Wealth? Your health? Or your happiness? And how could you measure it?
The OECD’s Better Life Index (BLI) allows you as citizens to compare the quality of life among countries in 11 well-being dimensions and to create your very own index based on what matters most to you. Do you put clean air above personal safety, and how important is your income or job to you, or do you prefer to focus on work-life balance?
Since the BLI was launched in 2011, over 110,000 people have integrated their responses into an interactive map. Different people in different places, and they rate the Better Life Index differently.
