Is Chlorine Dioxide Fumigation considered Remediation by the EPA?

Описание к видео Is Chlorine Dioxide Fumigation considered Remediation by the EPA?

In November 2013, EPA published a report entitled "Laboratory Evaluation of the Efficacy of Chlorine Dioxide Fumigation for Remediation of Building Materials Contaminated with Molds, Mycotoxins or Allergens". Per IICRC S-520, the term "Remediation" is associated with a "visibly clean and dust free surface". Is the EPA claiming that ClO2 fumigation can produce a clean and dust free surface or are they using the term incorrectly even though they regulate it? Let's discuss in this week's LIVESTREAM!
