Vishwa Hindu Parishad Stage A Protest In Bengaluru | Anti-Conversion Law | Latest Political Update

The Congress-led government in Karnataka has made a decision to repeal the anti-conversion law which was brought in by the BJP and was considered illegal through the Act. The action was considered a non-bailable and non-cognizable offense, barring the conversions in the State. Upon the repealing of the Act, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad is holding a protest in Bengaluru. The protests were also seen in Chikkamagaluru, Hubli, and different parts of Karnataka. The Bengaluru wing of VHP is saying that repealing the Act will affect the State and the Country overall.
