How to Get Smooth Fondant | DON'T COVER A CAKE UNTIL YOU DO THIS!

How To Get Smooth Fondant - Sticky fondant, holes in fondant, and fondant falling apart are some of the issues you can encounter when making a fondant cake. In this video, I am going to show you how to work with fondant to get it nice and smooth and ready to cover a cake. Getting the correct fondant consistency and fondant texture is key to making a beautiful cake!

I use between 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of Tylose powder per 1 pound of fondant. I totally messed the measurements up in this video!
