Hi, I am Dr. Olivia Joseph, one of the co-founders of The Wellness Connection, and one of the services we offer are virtual consultations. A lot of people are taking advantage of virtual consultations, not just because of things being closed and their own health concerns, but also because we serve people out of state, even out of the country so our virtual consultations work exactly like our in-person consultations. We still get to see you face to face, through video, it's the same paperwork, the same preparing in advance, and in between consultations, we have an amazing support team in concierge to get all of your questions answered and help you with whatever your needs are whether you're in person or not so much.

So our virtual consultations are for what we call functional medicine consultations. We start out with a conversation with one of the doctors to find out what your health concerns are, what your health goals are, and then we decide our next step, which is usually getting started with some labs. The labs that we do are offered in 47 out of 50 states, so there's a slim chance you'll be in one of those three but it's possible and then a lot of our labs we actually ship kits to you. You do them at home, you send them right off to the lab. The results come to us in a timely manner so you get to do it in the privacy of your own home for many of the labs that we do. So we focus a lot on diet, nutrition, lifestyle. Many of the people come to us as a last resort, or they've been to so many doctors, or even some people live in areas where they don't have access to great nutrition, doctors trained on nutrition and functional medicine so that's a big reason why people reach out to us.
