This patient is actually a 30 year old female patient who has completely brownish discoloration of her teeth.

These discolorations are not exactly discolorations, this is the exact color of the teeth. This is because of some defects , enamel and dentin defects
Which were hereditary as well as congenital. So these defects caused a decrease in the lifestyle of the Patient as well as low self confidence
So , we gave her an option to do a complete smile rehabilitation t improve her confidence and to grow forward in life.
So , she's here with us and we're going to to this and complete this case within a day or two and we're going to change her life forever
So, whenever we go for a full smile rehabilitation, the usual preference on my side as well as for the patient, we opt for Veneers instead of crowns
So, because crowns would be grinding of the entire tooth structure reducing the entire tooth structure into half
whereas veneers will only be grinding of the front surface of the tooth/teeth and the back side of the original tooth/teeth so that the strength of the teeth will be preserved.
But in this case , since the patient has a complete brownish discoloration of the front as well as back side
when we complete her smile transformation , we thought that she should not have any traces of her previous tooth(visible to others)
so that whenever she faces someone in the future who's not aware of her previous smile and teeth , she should not have any traces of her previous self
so, we thought of instead of opting for veneers, we'll go for crowns wherever needed and in some teeth we can opt for veneers
so that the tooth is preserved,. in this case , most of the teeth will be with crowns and this will make the patient with more confident in her lifestyle
