FULL Aerial Class - Beginner Level - Hannah Brooke Intro to Aerial - Keep it Moving with Intention!

Join this 7 part series aimed at beginners but useful for all levels!

This practice is a full body practice aimed at building strength and endurance for aerial It includes some centering and breathing before a warm up. Next we'll work up a sweat by engaging the muscles that you will need to build to progress on your aerial journey. It ends with a nice cool down.
