Presenting you the latest video of Shrikhand Mahadev Yatra 2021 (Trip/Yatra). Shrikhand Mahadev is located in Nirmand of district Kullu, Himachal.

Shrikhand Mahadev is one of the abodes of Lord Shiva and is considered as a pilgrimage place for Hindus.

The Shrikhand Mahadev trek is considered as one of the most difficult treks to do, but nothing can diminish the faith of a true Shiva Bhakt.

Every year, the Shrikhand Mahadev Yatra begins in the month of July for 15 to 20 days.

The massif is located on the border of Kullu and Shimla districts.

Lord Shiva is situated here in the form of fragmented ‘Shivling’. On the right side of this mountain, there is ‘Kinnar Kailash’ and on the left direction, this mountain is associated with ‘Great Himalayan National Park’.

The Shrikhand Mahadev Yatra or Trek starts from Jaon village located in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. There are 2 routes that can be taken up to reach village Jaon:

ROUTE I

Shimla – Theog – Narkanda – Rampur – Bushahr – Nirmand – Bagipul – Jaon village

ROUTE II

Shimla – Mashobra – Sunni – Gumma – Rampur – Bushahr – Nirmand – Bagipul – Jaon Village

कहते हैं श्रीखंड यात्रा के आगे अमरनाथ और केदारनाथ यात्रा कुछ भी नहीं है. यह मानना है उन लोगों का जो तीनों जगह की यात्रा करके के आ गए हैं. इसका नजारा किसी स्वर्ग से कम नहीं है.

श्रीखंड महादेव हिमाचल के ग्रेट हिमालयन नेशनल पार्क से सटा है. स्थानीय लोगों की मान्यता है कि यहां पर साक्षात् भगवान् शिव का वास है. इस शिवलिंग की ऊंचाई 72 फीट है.
