This video shows you how to use two-stage baking to save both time and electricity when you bake your sourdough bread using the Challenger Dutch oven. This method would allow you to make large batches 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12..... at one time in effect halving the total bake time and energy needed.

This is the ingredient list for making two loaves together:

1kg Flour (50% Wholemeal, 50% Bread flour)
760g Filtered Water
200g Rye Starter
20g Salt
150g Mixed Seeds (optional)
