A lot of for sale by owners might think because I am a Realtor, that I think all homeowners should not try to sell their home by owner.

That not true. At the end of the day, we are all in this together and I think you need to do what you think is best for you and your family.

When I sell one of my houses I have to go through the same thought process as you. Do I go FSBO and not pay a Realtor or do I list my house in the MLS and pay a real estate agent?

You might be thinking, Lance, you are a Realtor and you don't have to pay yourself any money. Well, that true. Buy my time is worth a lot of money.

I would never go "for sale by owner" because I know that I will get more net profit by using a real estate agent.

When I sold some of my homes in Jacksonville I had 3 options:
1. FSBO
2. List the home myself - from Tampa
3. Hire a Realtor

I hired a great Realtor to get my homes sold. Because after 20+ years in the business and after seeing a 10-year case study, I know I would get more MONEY!
