Former judge of the 36th District Court of the State of Michigan, Greg Ellis Mathis, was born on 5 April 1960, in Detroit, Michigan, and rose to prominence as the TV reality show “Judge Mathis” arbiter, which show he has been working on since 1999, a run of 16 seasons for the program so far. Afterwards, he worked as the head of Jesse Jackson’s Presidential campaign, and Coleman Young’s mayoral re-election campaign. Later, he ran the east side city hall, but since 1999 Greg has been judge on the television program “Judge Mathis”, which is very popular up to date through its sixteen seasons, and is the longest-running television court show by far.
