This is the new horse that Pat has in training. Larry is a 7 year old gelding that is still really green. He's never even been ridden outside an arena. In this video, Pat ropes Larry off of our Lusitano mare, Lola. This is the first step in putting a solid foundation on a horse. You'll want to check back in for the next chapter in this story when Pat ropes Larry from the ground, puts a ride in the roundpen on him, and rides him out in the desert.
