How to use the Nexpeak NC201 pro battery charger 10 amp to repair a battery or recharge

I just purchased this charger and had 2 known battery's that would not pass a cold cranking test. In this video I will show you how I use the charger to repair one of the 2 battery's. I do suggest that if the battery does seam to be repairing itself but you still are having trouble that you consider draining the battery back down to 11.5 volts and do it a second time. The battery charger needs to remain in repair mode until it says Ful or Off. In the directions it stated for motor cycle battery's it would take approx. 2 hrs. but after 2 hrs. I saw very little change. It also says for car battery's it would take approx. 4 hrs. Leave the charger connected and let it do its magic. It did repair 1 of the battery's but no such luck with the second one. I may try draining the second battery back down and trying it a second time. I'll keep you posted if I'm able to get that other one fixed. But overall I'm very satisfied with the charger. Its plug and play. Plug it in and it will tell you when its done. Once done the battery charger will say FUL. After sitting there for some time it will then say OFF. When charging it goes thru 7 modes starting with DFS and ending with FUL. Just make sure you choose the correct mode for the battery you are charging. Regular car battery's are Lead Acid. AGM is the same lead acid it just uses cloth and is sealed. Usually charging at a lower AMP rating so use the correct settings.
