Your security clearance interview is the key to working for the federal government. The federal security clearance process is used to determine Classified, Secret and Top Secret clearances which command top pay! Being investigated is part of the process to work for the federal government. You will likely need a security clearance whether you are a contractor or civil servant. Before you get a federal job and even the security clearance interview, you will need to know what will be involved in getting a security clearance. Being prepared to work for the department of defense is critical. And, how you get a federal job is how you keep it!

A background check will be conducted in most cases. Typically, when it comes time to complete the investigation it will be sent to you via an email link to e-QIP. E-QIP is used for security clearance determinations, both secret and top secret applications.
