Traditional Whoopie Pies Recipe Noreen's Kitchen

Greetings! Lunchbox snacks are always made on Sunday's in my house. I usually make enough for the girls to take and share and their friends love it. I love it because I know what they are getting. A lunch treat is just something fun for me to send with my girls and let them know that they are special.

These are awesome and chocolatey and filled with a cream cheese and marshmallow filling. You will have extra of the filling leftover, but just pop it in the fridge or freezer and you can use it to frost cinnamon rolls, put it on French toast, pancakes or waffles or just eat it off the spoon. I won't tell! ; )
