Intro:

In Germany there is a „Shortage of qualified workers“!

What does it actually mean?
And what does it mean to YOU!?

Faced with a critical shortage of skilled labor, „Shortage of qualified workers“ means that there are not enough people with a degree or 2 years of finished vocational training.
& it means they might need exactly YOU!

In Germany there is a heavy demographic change going on.
It means many old people leave labour and not enough young ones taking over.

In 2030 people with the ability to work will be around 45,9 million and in 2060 only 35,7 million. From now to 2060 Germany will loose one third of all the employees.
The society and politicians have known about it for a long time , but nothing happened.

There are many small components to encounter this future problem.
Besides letting older people work longer, integrate woman into jobs during their family starting period and many others things.

The main topic is immigration of qualified workers from other countries.
Today I want to present you the main possibilities of moving to Germany with or for a job and show you the general rules and requirements.

I hope youser find yourself in there and take the opportunity to give your labour to Germany and you will get back living in a wonderful country with great social security and hopefully with a good integration you can stay here happy forever.

First of all I want to present you the 2 main homepages about my topic today.
