if you want to change the phone number associated with your gmail account then what you do is:
1. Go ahead and open a browser. I will be using Chrome.
2. Then from here you need to open a site myaccount.google.com. 3. Then select "Sign in".
4. Now enter the Google id.
5. Next.
6. Enter the password.
7. Next.
8. Now what you do is scroll down and go to "Your personal info" and here there is the phone number.
9. So, if you want to change it just select it and then select "Edit". You need to enter your password one more time in order to verify. 10. Next.
11. Now again select "Edit" and then "Update number" and from here now you can change the phone number which is associated with your Google account or Gmail account.
