This is a fairly intense and fast flow to energise your body. Ideal morning workout when you don't want to hit the gym but still want to give your body a full workout. Mat Pilates mainly focus on core strength, but in this flow you will also work your glutes, your back and your stamina.
Grab your mat, have a sip of water and let's do it....
