There it is. I finally decided to actually do this.
Thanks to new routing (made by dzzy and rooy) I was able to cut down a whole minute from the last TAS. I optimized a few things, however this time can be lowered with better RNG. I believe that the the best possible time (with this route) is 28:38/39.
