Named after the 4130 Cr-Mo tube specification. The triangular tube walls are mainly processed by quenching drawn to a thickness of 0.9-0.6-0.9 mm, which will balance between weight and strength.

With different handlebar based frame geometries. The 969S has a short top tube and is more intended for a drop bar.

With its 700c wheelset design, front/rear rack, mudguards, the Blacksnow 969s has become a model for paved road bikepacking touring.
