The annual Urs of the revered Sufi saint, Hazrat Mohammad Sideeq Lone, fondly known as Sid Bab, was observed with great religious fervor and enthusiasm in Sheeri, Baramulla, on Saturday, December 21.

Thousands of devotees from across North Kashmir, including Kupwara, Bandipora, Baramulla, Budgam, and Srinagar, gathered at the shrine to pay their respects. Devotees, comprising men, women, children, and senior citizens, offered special day-long prayers at the saint’s grave, seeking blessings and spiritual guidance.

The Urs is an annual event commemorating the saint’s teachings of love, peace, and spirituality, which continue to inspire generations.
