Mantra:

Teyata Om Bekandze Bekandze Maha Bekandze Radza Samudgate Soha

Teyata: "So it is" / "It is so" — introduction that connects the recitation to universal reality.
Om: sacred vibration of harmonization with universal energy.
Bekandze (Bhaisajya): healing, elimination of suffering, purification of disease.
Maha Bekandze: "Great Healing" — elimination of the root causes of suffering (ignorance, attachment, aversion).
Radza (Rāja): king — here, "supreme king of medicine."
Samudgate: "having attained the beyond" — ultimate transcendence, liberation from samsara.
soha (or svaha): seals the mantra, signifies the establishment of the mantra's blessings within the practitioner's heart, effectively rooting the path to liberation there.

This mantra works on three levels of healing:
Physical Healing—dispels illnesses and bodily imbalances.
Mental Healing—calms anxiety, confusion, and emotional disturbances.
Karmic Healing—purifies the root causes of future suffering.

True healing isn't just about the body: it involves addressing the root causes of suffering, rooted in ignorance and disturbing emotions. This mantra is a reminder that compassion and wisdom are the true universal medicines.

Traditionally, a mantra is repeated 108 times, or in multiples of 9, during meditation, while thinking about the virtue of the chosen mantra. Repetition can be done aloud, quietly, or silently.
