Whatever you do, don't come right out and tell him/her that you are interested, that you like that person. It makes you look over-anxious and desperate. Instead, smile, give that person attention, but not too much...approach him at work or school, but not too much, and laugh at his jokes. But don't make this a giggle fest. If you get each others' jokes and you just have a camaraderie that you don't with other people, there is a good chance he/she could be relationship material.
