SCAM! Don't buy Thoughtly AI from AppSumo ( Both Scammers company )

Look at this Video.
Spent close to USD 1000 to buy Tier 5 and Tier 1, then over the 2 months, asked for support to help , never reply and solve problem,
then now totally cannot log in, everything just happened in 1 month after buy this products. You spent USD1000, yet you can see there are credits 30k in there, now totally cannot log in already.

Appsumo and Thoughtly never want to settle this with us, we bought the accounts and we seek everyone to stay alert about this. We know it is not refundable deal, but do not take advantage, while you are running away with the money. You took the money and we get nothing!

DONT BUY THIS TILL THEY SOLVE THIS, I WILL UPDATE IF THEY REALLY HAVE PROBLEM OR THEY ARE SCAMMING. Hope Appsumo really revert back for a best solution, because it is unfair that we paid close to USD 1000 and we get nothing, this is NOT RIGHT.
