Описание к видео Meet The SMALLEST BIRD In The World: Cuba's Bee Hummingbird

The Bee Hummingbird is not only the smallest hummingbird, but the smallest BIRD in the world. It is endemic to the Cuban archipeligo. The male measures in at 2.2 inches or 6 cm and he beats his wings 80 times per second, which is faster than most other hummingbirds. The male Bee Hummingbird is stunning with his iridecent red head and gorget with long neck plumes. His chest and abdomen are dingy white and he has a turquoise blue back. The female has a white throat and breast and she is slightly bigger than the male.
