Steve walks us through the process of rebuilding a P125 motor. This will be the same or very similar on most vintage large frame Vespas with some minor exceptions. In addition to inspecting all aspects of the motor during tear down, Steve points out all the wear items that should usually be replaced during a rebuild. We also went ahead and installed a Malossi cylinder kit and upgear kit while we were at it.
