Terraria with "America" mod; Is it possible to beat the game with only guns?

Terraria modders always strive their best to create their mods. And of course, they would use their ideas to create "good" mods, with good ideas. That's why there is a mod that allows you to craft anything with dirts!... yes, dirt crafting. You can also craft dirts with dirts. Now that's a dealbreaker. I also have found a mod that only allows guns to be used in game, but the mod seems to be working so great that it also removes ammos in game... So, let's not use that mod, and with that idea, we shall create a new challenge, I'd call it "American".
