Makes 3, 160mL cups

- 1 white peach
- 500g water
- 30g sugar
- 2 slices lemon
- 7g gelatin powder

*you may substitute gelatin powder with a vegan option, but please adjust the liquid ratio as per packaging. Some vegan gelatin powders also need to be brought to a boil in order to be activated, so please be aware.
