Ronald U. Mendoza, PhD is a governance and institutional reforms specialist with over 25 years of experience in development policy and public administration reforms. Presently, he is Dean and Professor of Economics at the Ateneo School of Government. He has been an Associate Professor of Economics at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). Prior to that, he was a Senior Economist with the United Nations in New York.
He will be teaching us about Growing the Philippine Blue Economy: Policy Changes and Opportunities.
