The famous zen story of the philosopher that goes to the Zen Master to learn zen. The Zen monk pours him a cup of tea until it is overflowing. The philosopher cries "Stop! Can't you see the cup is overflowing?" and the Zen master replies "like this cup, your mind is overflowing. Empty your cup, and what is left is Zen."
