This is one of my FAVORITE go-to Instant Pot recipes. I always keep the ingredients on hand because my kids love it and it's super simple! It tastes like lasagna, but with MUCH less effort. You have to try it!

Instant Pot Creamy Shells & Beef (adapted from spicysouthernkitchen.com)
1 T olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 lb ground beef
1 T Italian seasoning (I just threw in some oregano)
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 t garlic powder
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes (I omitted these)
1 T tomato paste (I omitted this)
1 (16 oz) box of medium shells
1 (24 oz) jar of pasta sauce (I bought these before canning my own: https://amzn.to/3VIyev7)
3 c water
1 block of cream cheese, softened
*optional: a bag of frozen veggies
