THE WORST CAR PARK YET | Concept Lifts at the Westgate NCP Car Park in Cardiff

[Recorded 12/7/19] Lift enthusiasts, if you're wanting to film in Cardiff, this is that one car park that I urge you to miss out in your exploration of the city. The lifts are just your standard Concept modernisations and that's not too surprising, but the stench in this car park is quite frankly unbearable! As much as I wanted to do a full video of these lifts I just couldn't put up with the smell so what you're seeing here is pretty much the total duration I put up with it for before I decided not to do a full video.
