Morris & James Pottery is just up the road from the Matakana Village around 45 minutes from central Auckland.
Matakana is also home to some of New Zealand’s finest wineries, olive groves and local producers.

M & J have wonderfull, colourful, handmade ceramics including one-off designs. The pottery is set against a rural backdrop with expansive lawns and trees.

Good news, the cafe is open again so you can relax over a coffee and lunch while contemplating your next purchase, as usual I added to my collection which goes back many decades.
