Born June 23, 1989, Jade Madden was coined the artist name ‘Lady Jade’ by her loving father, Vernard Madden, who instilled in her (along with her 3 beautiful sisters) that the highest form of self love is to remain a lady in all circumstances. Jade is one of Maryland's highly sought after multi-genre, soprano vocalists.

During her matriculation at Morgan State University, Jade toured internationally with The Morgan Singers to South America, North Asia and the Caribbean where she created lifelong cultural bonds and shared the joys of music.

Jade Madden studied privately under incomparable greats such as Duane A. Moody (Three Mo’ Tenors) and the late Kenneth Kamal Scott (The Wiz, Broadway). Nearing the completion of her undergrad degree in fine arts, Jade was privileged to join the sisterhood fold of Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity for Women, Incorporated in the Spring of 2011 (Kappa Xi Chapter).

Jade's heartwarming vocal abilities in classical, gospel and neo soul genres have afforded her the opportunity to collaborate and provide backing vocals for several local and national recording artists such as Donnie McClurkin, Twinkie Clark, Jacob Collier, Jonathan Nelson, Maurette Clark- Brown, Fred Hammond, Hezekiah Walker, Marvin Sapp, Tim Bowman & Faith City and Kierra Sheard .

Jade is a foundational member of Chester Burke Jr. & Company, Andre Harris & Restoration, The Urban Choral Arts Society, Sean Wilkins & Remnant, The Carter Legacy Singers, Kevin Lemons & Higher Calling, Stewart Brothers & Friends and The Jason Max Ferdinand Singers.

She has performed on stages such as Carnegie Hall, Stellar Gospel Music Awards and a host of sacred embassy & opera houses worldwide.

While working as a special educator, pursuing artistic independence and serving as the Director of Worship at her church; Word of Life CCC ( Bishop Jermaine Johnson & Co Pastor Elder Michelle Johnson), Jade is inspired daily to strive towards a standard of excellence while she exercises her faith in the Almighty Creator to perform through her gifts.
