Welcome to Day 39 of the 90 Day Beginner's Workout! In today's workout, we'll be focusing on the lower abs and core without the need for any equipment. This beginner-level workout is suitable for both men and women and can be done in the comfort of your own home.

During this workout, we'll be doing 5 exercises in 4 sets with moments of rest between each set. We'll start with mountain climbers exercise to get our heart rate up and our blood pumping. Then, we'll move on to elbow to knee crunches exercise to engage our core muscles. Next, we'll do scissors kicks exercise to work on our lower abs. After that, we'll perform air bike crunches exercise to further strengthen our core muscles. Finally, we'll end the workout with flutter kicks exercise to really target our lower abs.

Remember to focus on your form and engage your core throughout the workout. With consistency and dedication, you'll start to see progress in your lower abs and core strength. So, let's get started and crush this workout!
