All hospital records written on mums old medical records a lot from 14/1/07 2of the3 people who had an anniversary party on the 24 June 2021With the 3 ladies in the AP5 4 NHS car The 3rd writer of the hand writing samples is the same person in the correspondence letters i found at mums place in January 2020 the signature at the bottom of the letters is the same signature that's on the bottom of the mortuary witness statement the whole of the mortuary witness statement is written in the same hand writing .The mortuary witness statement has the date my mum died on it 24/05/2018 but the chief executives and chief medical officer say it says 29?no where on the mortuary witness statement does it say the date 28/05/2018 yet the coroners office recorded that mum died on the 28May 2018 this is the date on the death certificate .On the 24 May 2018 my mum died in RD&E hospital i sat and said my good byes to my mum for 15 mins as i left the room mums body was in at 4:30pm the ward/site Manager stopped and spoke to me and later the same day messaged me on face book messenger to say how sorry she was to see me so upset in the hospital .On the 28May 2018 i was building my poly-tunnel all day i have photos throughout the whole day until 8:45pm* as this was not the day mum died
