Life is unpredictable. But one thing for certain is that we will all face challenges. How we react, adjust, overcome, and learn from these challenges directly impacts our mental and physical well-being.

The VEBA Resource Center recognizes that sharing such stories is a powerful way to lift spirits and inspire positive action.
