Now, what exactly happened to Rizzle Kicks man? I’m sure a lotta you remember Rizzle Kicks from the early 2010’s, they had a few major hits in their prime, ‘Down With The Trumpets’ being their most successful single to date climbing to 5th in the UK Charts in 2011, ‘Mama Do The Hump’ & ‘Skip To The Good Bit’ too, these two were killing the pop-rap lane the early 2010’s. So, why have we not heard from the duo in over half-a-decade, when literally just after their disappearance, the UK Rap game became what I can only describe as a melting pot of sounds & styles that is still authentically British but is missing the artists who helped blur the lines of what mainstream urban music could do.
